Big and massive place
The Domain store in Townsville is a super busy place most of the time. My last visit was right on opening and with few people around it was actually quite pleasant. The staff are always polite and knowledgeable and the store seems to always be well stocked.
Thanks for the guy that was working in computers and pointed me out to head to School Locker. I had the Macbook Air 2013 and was looking at the chargers. I didn't get your name but if I had I would add it here. Much appreciated great customer service
I just thought it was interesting when I bought a camera from these guys a week before black Friday last year they gave all sorts of reasons as to how it's impossible to refund or give credit the difference of the same camera now on special. But when I went to the Willows store they sorted it out within 3 minutes. Laziness, incompetence, or refusal to be transparent? Take your pick. Just go to the Willows store if your trip will involve anything other than taking something to the front counter and having it rung up
Pricing is a bit opaque during sales. Some items have no marked price and even when they do it's no obvious if sales discounts apply. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
