They are in renovation at the moment, so a bit noisy but apart from that the customer service was excellent especially the guy Nick he was accommodating and help answer all my questions and what all the options to choose from including insurance and phones. And he explained it to me well.
Best place in town for my music and gaming needs. Great prices. Loads of stock and great staff. Will be even better after the renovations are finished.
Nick attended promptly, politely and efficiently, to my mobile phone enquiries. Nick''s patience, and perseverance, in resolving an issue with my newly purchased phone was commendable. The other staff who engaged with me were polite and friendly also, and I saw the same attitude being displayed to other customers.
The store was OK. Staffs seems like very busy. Waiting for awhile can't find what I am looking for. Maybe bit of greeting when staffs walk passed a customer would be good. Or let the customer know you will get back to them when you finished with other customers?
Staff are super friendly and helpful! Always go above and beyond. Can't wait to see the new renovated store!
