I cannot recommend Inside Edge more highly. I had 4 sets of dual roller blinds installed in my new apartment by Inside Edge. Everyone I spoke to at Inside Edge was a pleasure to deal with. And what they provided was a far superior product to anything I'd looked at before. I had contacted other suppliers before talking to Inside Edge, and was told I'd have to wait four weeks for a measure and quote and (at a minimum) another six weeks for installation. Aside from this, the products I looked at all felt a bit cookie-cutter and cheap. Inside Edge made an appointment with me for a measure and quote within a week of my call, and had the blinds installed less than a week later. The consultation process was great, and felt very personalised and professional. I felt like I was getting a high-quality product tailored to my particular style. Nothing cookie-cutter or cheap. Lindy, the Interior Decorator at Inside Edge, even helped me navigate the Strata rules on external colours. The installers were very neat and tidy, vacuuming up after themselves, and they were very respectful of the space. I was initially told that two sets of blinds would be installed within a week, but that I'd have to wait a couple of days for the stock to come in for the next set. But the installers went to the extra effort of picking up stock that had arrived early on the way to install the first set so that there was no delay in getting all of the blinds installed. I would recommend Inside Edge for anyone looking for good quality blinds. The customer service was exceptional and the product excellent.
