Lisa made the experience of buying a wedding dress so simple. I went to Luv Bridal first (during covid) and had to wear a mask, making it more difficult to discern which colour suited me and how I felt in the dress. Tried a different store and had a very different experience, that made me want to return to Luv Bridal. Second appointment I tried on a new dress and my 2 other favourites and found the one! Lisa's knowledge and enthusiasm made finding my dream dress so much easier, 2 of my friends that I shopped with are hoping Lisa is still there when they reach the point of buying a dress. Gorgeous dresses, great price range and an amazing atmosphere!!!

I cannot commend the team at Luv Bridal more! At my own mistake my appointment was booked in a week late meaning my mum would not have been able to attend. Lisa (who was an absolute blessing) gave up her time to fit us in and provided us with exceptional service and great advice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed and professional bridal experience!

I had been to soo many bridal stores before I went to Luv bridal, and I can honestly say I have nothing to fault. Lisa was phenomenal, she listened to what I wanted but also helped me pick some dresses that I wouldn't have specifically picked. Gave me guidance on styles and colours when I had asked and overall made the experience amazing. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me or telling me what I wanted to hear for the sake of a sale. I was honestly so impressed and would definitely recommend. Highly recommend 15/10

Luv Bridal was the first bridal store I had visited and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies there very warmly. They helped me pick out a few beautiful dresses and after trying on a few, I had already made a decision on a dress. They made me so special and helped me with all my questions and concerns I had. I was one of the support crew for a beautiful bride trying to pick her dress. We attended Luv Bridal as our first stop and ended up coming back, where she said yes to the dress. The atmosphere was very calm and we didn't get overwhelmed, the lovely lady who served us was fantastic, she educated us on styles and shapes and walked us through every step of the way. They allowed us to take photos so that we didn't forget which ones were tried on. They took such great care of our bride and made the whole experience a delight and most of all very special.

Shania gave us very professional but friendly service. The Shop is well set out and large, gowns were beautiful. Definitely one of best bridal shop experiences.
