FAST AND FRIENDLY - But if you wish to have your phone repaired, be exact about the repair details. They do not disclose exact details of the repair unless you ask. EDIT: I spoke with a (store or regional?) manager, Justin. Who has offered to repair the phone to my satisfaction. This was my preference over a refund which was also offered... UPDATE: My phone has been repaired but there are more problems. There always seem to be people coming back to Happytel while I wait. I would STAY AWAY from this place in the future I asked for an iPhone 6 cracked glass replacement but they replaced the entire LCD with an inferior, non-genuine part. The colors are slightly different (greens and blues most notably) and overall it's slightly dull compared to the original screen. The glass was not stuck down properly around the volume buttons and I was told that the phones frame was not straight. That was misinformation as I have had it checked and confirmed elsewhere. After contacting their store I was told that my original LCD was at their head office and they would call me after the weekend (today being Saturday. 1 week from the original repair) It only took 30min and comes with a 6-month warranty. Staff were very friendly and awesome. The repair was 150. I feel slightly mislead. A little deceived, as I was not told my LCD would be replaced or they were using non-genuine replacement parts. I use my phone occasionally for reviewing photography, otherwise the off coloured app icons would not bother me in the slightest. I will update my review as it progresses with Happytel

Awesome staff. Have visited on two occasions: 1) To purchase a case and screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S5. The man cleaned my phone and put on both the screen protector (perfectly) and case for me. Also gave me a deal, as I was buying the two items! 2) To repair my water damaged iPhone. They were fair with pricing and were happy to show me my old screen (which had to be replaced due to shorting out) before I paid for the replacement. Both times they were very friendly and reasonably priced. :)

After breaking my iphone 6 i decided to give these guys a go and have my screen replaced. 169 was the price and i thought that was fair enough. However within a week my screen was playing up and would not recognize my fingers. I took the phone back, and they advised me they would replace with a better quality screen. 3 weeks later the same issue occurred, however they would not honor the warranty as they believe the phone was bent. Yes the phone had a slight curve to it, but they did not pick up on this the first time and continued to agree to fix the screen. My suggestion is, pay the extra money and have it fixed at apple. They use cheap inferior quality products that do not with stand everyday use.

Not very satisfied after my experience today- girls were very helpful and kind but after replacing my cracked screen, within 20 minutes of leaving the store my screen went black and would not turn on, so I returned it and was advised that they would replace it again with another screen and to return in 30 minutes. My screen seems ok but my home button is very loose .. For 150 I expect better quality.
