Incredibly poor service. Took our vacuum cleaner in when it stopped working (just 5months old), store manager never contacted me back to tell me what was happening, they did not return any phone calls and never answered their phones. After going into the store it turned out our machine had been sent away with no expected date of return. We were told we weren’t allowed to talk to an area manager after expressing our displeasure. If I had seen these reviews to begin with I would not have purchased here. Disappointed to say the least.

Have been in a couple of times and they are so rude when asking about spare parts. Have called a few times to give them the model number etc that they ask for in store and both times "Godfreys robina do you mind holding for a minute?" and clunk. It is not a question. They just put the phone down without even a response. And THEN both times put on hold for over 10 minutes.... I just hang up. I'll try another company that actually looks after their customers, thank you.

Clearly they are sales based commission and it shows. The second you need help no one gets back to you an your stuck with a expensive vacuum that isn't usable

purchased a hoover cordless stick vacum .the battery last 4 months .new battery was almost the same cost as a new vacum?? so i had to buy a new vacum cleaner the battery has no waranty VERY POOR as the service what are we supposed to do write this BAD feedback kerwyn wilson

My vacuum stopped would not turn on - so I took it in to be looked at - my vacuum is 3yrs old & just out of warranty apparently it was sent away to be looked at? A week later I was contacted to be told it could not be fixed Miele can’t get the parts - strange only 3 yrs - so I collected it Godfrey’s had a new hoover put aside - which I was told they’re still repairing 15yr old vacuums ???? This is sus so I had someone else look at it - who advised it wasn’t even opened there was dust inside & 2 pegs in the cord retractor- I am very disappointed because I would have listened to this advice an put myself in debt for a new vac thanks to my husband I didn’t & my vacuum is now working - how many other customers have been given the wrong advice I wonder ?

Took my vacuum in for it's free yearly service in NOVEMBER. Was point blank told they could not accept my machine for servicing because they were relocating premises & hoped to be in new store by MARCH!!! So for a 4 month period they would not accept any customers appliances for serving. I obviously escalated this further & was phoned by the Area Manager who confirmed this was infact correct & the reason for it was to ensure no appliances got LOST! I'm sorry what the heck! Appalling customer service with the most lame excuse I have ever heard in my life! I even explained I was happy to leave it with them but happy to collect from another store if that were easier, but even that suggestion was refused. Change your processes & start putting your customers first. Not even worthy of 1 star but had no choice. EDIT: Seems staff have changed & I have since been back (to the new location) & the customer service is significantly better. Would now give 3 stars based on current most recent experience.

They have relocated to opposite of Daiso near the second woolies. It is not at 4th level opposite target! That must be the old location prior to the massive renovation.
