I said yes to the dress after my second visit to a dress that I wasn’t not even originally looking at. Victoria and all the ladies there are amazing and honest with their opinions and also laid back enough to handle my brutally honest girlfriends I wouldn’t be without. Thank you ladies for a magnificent experience and all the patience you showed us during this process. It was so hard to narrow it down to just one dress, but we got there in the end. There was not a single terrible dress in store!

We bought 2 bridesmaids dresses from this store, at first i left a good review, now i am changing it, and going to ACCC, the lady Victoria, who worked in the shop was recommended to us to get the dress altered, well it looked like a nightmare, she does not know how to sew and elite bridal should not tell us to go to someone who can't do the job, we asked her for a refund, she gave us 60 refund, but charged us 390, first 2 photos are her alterations, 3rd photo fixed by another dressmaker

Victoria was so helpful and not pushy as experienced at other bridal shops. Wendy went above & beyond helpful and cannot praise or thank her enough. She has the patience of a Saint. Pricing cheaper than most places & offer great deals. Highly recommended!

Hello, I went here today. Was very unhappy with the service. The minimal variety was clearly evident, despite me calling and checking previously. The consultant was fairly unhelpful. She would pass me dresses but not offer help to do up or offer Much advice or support. She barely spoke to us and wasn’t overly cheerful (which is fairly important during a bridal trial). Only there less then 40min then left. Overall not a very satisfying experience

The young lady who helped my daughter with her bridal party dresses yesterday was wonderful. She was happy to help and very knowledgeable. We found the perfect gown for a wide variety of ages very effortlessly aswell as something for myself. Great pricing and beautiful shop. Many thanks.

Fantastic! Even waited for us to run down the shops to get spanks so that my bridesmaid can try her dress on again. Found all 3 bridesmaids dresses on the day and they have great 89 range and much more! The ladies were very accommodating :)
