Amazing staff & service. I took my Samsung tablet in which had been sitting in flood water for several days. They would not accept any charge for looking at it (luckily it was in the cover which appeared to have protected it) and also gave me a new charger. I was recommended this business by a computer repair shop in Windsor who said ' If anyone can fix it Fone Fanatics can'.

Dissapointing, Ipad screen was repaired had multiple dead spots in the screen rang them 2 weeks out of 3 month warranty to say can we bring it in over the coming few weeks (we are not super local to Richmond) they looked up our details and said yes bring it in we will repair at no cost under warranty then we drive all the way out to Richmond, Ipad 3 month warranty had lapsed a week and they refused to repair it and wanted another 130. Walked out with no repair very dissapointed a huge waste of our time. Look for another repairer is my advice.
I got screen replacement for my iPhone 8. They were so nice & helpful. Reasonable pricing. His daughter was so polite, and I was really impressed with her service. The phone screen turned out great as well.
Got my phone repaired, new screen and case replaced. The free screen protector fell off within 1 hour. The phone had to be fixed twice because a connector was connected correctly. The new phone case come apart. The screen now has cracks fi Or no reason, phone has never been dropped, new cracks appearing each day.
