Good products, average systems. I've placed two orders now for pickup. Each time I have gotten a notification the order is ready for collection and go there to find that only part of the order is ready, some panels are still in production etc, come back later.
Can't fault them. First time customer. Im not a tradie or builder, just a weekend warrior DIYer. They were able to help me with what i needed and had my ply cut to size perfectly and delivered to Doreen. Great product too! Very straight, minimal voids. Definitely recommend!

Service was hit n miss. Took far too long for someone to get back to me, in the end the Branch Manager took control of the issue and got it sorted. Hopefully going forward things will be a lot smoother as their products are very good and suit my business well.

I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Ordered and was told maximum 10 days lead time, three weeks later I finally get my order and I had to call them 20 times to get the job “prioritised”. Sorry guys but just not good enough.
Plyco are extremely helpful in providing sample sections for assessment before placing an order. Also in their fulfilment of orders, and in their follow-up. Good company to deal with.
