Was a pleasure to have carpet court do some work for us. Extremely professional and most importantly on time. Communication was key and they kept us informed at every step of the process, from material being ordered to material being delivered to booked in install date. Job was done within the time frame they specified with a quality finish. Would recommend Castle Hill Carpet Court any day of the week.

We purchased laminate flooring from Carpet Court last month. While the product itself was fine, the tradesmen installing the flooring damaged the skirting boards considerably (we had asked them to remove the skirting boards and reinstall them when we had the flooring put down). I expressed my disappointment regarding the damage done, and they offered to install new skirting boards free of charge, but I would have to buy new skirting boards, and therefore pay more money. When you pay a few thousand dollars for a product and installation, you expect more. I felt I should not have to bear the costs for replacing the damage they caused, but I have had no reply to my emails and telephone calls. I left a message requesting the manager call me back. 13 days later and I am still waiting.
Just a short Thank you for the great carpet. It looks sensational. Additionally, I'd like to mention the wonderful service provided by the install team. They were courteous, professional and extremely good at their job. There was nothing too difficult for them, they fitted easily into our day. Great team, worthy of the highest regard. Had the benefit of knowledge from both Ben and Josh when recommending carpet, and couldn't be happier with my choice. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and helpful. As for the installers... WOW! What a great family team. I would highly recommend Castle Hill Carpet Court to anyone looking to carpet their home.
I haven't come across a worse customer service experience. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I ordered carpeting, paid for it and was told its ordered. Went back after 2 days and it still hadn't officially been ordered. Then I had to follow up when it would get installed. Installation day the wrong size roll was brought and I was stuck and waiting for the right one for a week. No apologies offered for their mistake and I was told by the manager BEN its not their fault (they don't take ownership of their own supplier who only they deal with and they can't be bothered to check before installing its good to go). I couldn't wait to just get it done and over with them and no I would never deal with them again.
We had Josh and his team help us out with a 7 double roller blinds at our new place! Super pleased with them and the whole process!! We only wish we had gotten them done sooner. Thanks so much!
