Nadine, Elvis and Richard really make purchasing carpet and floating floor from Phillip store so easy. Recently we had our bedrooms covered with timber floating floor and this week, our son will have his bedrooms carpeted. Great product knowledge and service, prompt delivery and good quality product. Went to these guys in need of some good carpet for a house I'm renovating, they weren't as cheap as a lot of other places but the girl who helped me pick a style was lovely... and after a bit of banter we were able to knock the price down a little bit so definitely recommend negotiating. Very good customer service.
Not the most helpful staff, we saw a promotion on their website and drove from Belconnen to check out the offer only to be told that their store does not offer the online promotions.
