Nova Smash Repairs did such an amazing job on my Toyota Corolla after an accident I had, they fixed up all the damages on my front bonnet and headlights. Their precision and attention to detail shows how much they value and take pride in their work. I've attached a photo to show my freebie sanitiser which is very appropriate during this panic buying time, as well as my bright white new-old car. Have my dog for reference of sheer bright white quality
Had a small job to be done on the right rear passneger door on my 2020 Forester. When I go the car back there was quite a lot of white overspray at the rear of the car.. rims and body... took it back and now I can still see overspray on the rear rims.... cannot recommend Nova Smash Repairs at all... very disappointed.
Nova Smash Repairs is easily provides the best customer service of any panel beater services I've previously used. They were quick to respond to any queries I had. Their service staff were polite and enjoyable to correspond with. Sal explained to me what had needed to be done and time frame well. Definitely recommend this place to any one needing any panel beating work!
My car went into Nova for repairs after the stone incident on Tonkin Hwy. The whole car was peppered with chips and dents. Thanks Nova, after an agonising 5 weeks (due to german shipping) I finally have my baby back and it looks better than when it left the showroom! The team were great dealing with me being a pest and my came back clean and shiny. I highly recommend sending your prestige cars to Nova! Apologies for the background of the pics, we are renovating!
I have used a number of smash repair companies around Perth, and Nova Smash Repairs is easily the best. They're professional, time-efficient and up front about their costs. Importantly, Sal and his team kept me updated about my car while it was at the shop and the repairs were top notch. I have already referred plenty of business to Sal from my friends and family and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for similar services!
I don't usually write reviews but Nova Smash Repairs is exceptional. Bart and his team did an amazing job from the moment I called to enquire about their service to the day I was handed back my car. As it was my first time getting into an accident, I was very clueless and stressed about dealing with the insurance/filing for claims. Nova handled everything for me and I did not have to worry about filing for claims. I was also given a very reliable loan car whilst my car was in the workshop. Within a week, my car was ready to be picked up. Not only was my car handed back in perfect condition as though I just collected it from the car dealership, I was surprised to find out that Nova washed, vacuum and polished the car inside out (even the wheels were shiny!). I was also given a bottle of car paint to butter my car in future if I ever have a small scratch. I am impressed by the excellent service I received from Bart and his team. Thank you for your impeccable service and paying attention to the small details which makes this smash repair different from others. I will definitely recommend Nova Smash Repairs!!!
