Apparently NB renovated their store at Birkenhead Point ... it was shocking, literally not much varieties there, like my closet has more options than what they have no joke .. as a big fan of NB I can tell you now that seriously what you’ve done with the store is absolutely ridiculous. I walked in and 30 seconds later I walked out ... those who’ve seen the new store would understand what I am talking about ... seriously absurd

Worst custimer service ever. I went to return a pair of shoes i baught 2 days ago and i was served by a Guy Names Aaron. His fist respond to my return was , sorry buddy not today come tommorow in a very Rude manner and with cold attitude. I understand today is boxing day and the store is quite busy, but at this time no one at the counter to buy. And he did not seem busy. I was impressed by his answer and i had to tell him i cannot come tommorow and it was very hard to find a parking space . I felt like ashamed and was upset about this gross behavior of a employee of a fashion chain so big. So good luck aaron , i have no intention to come back to your store ever again. And i'll spread the good news of how you treat customers as well.

Went into New Balance on a friends recommendation. Had the best experience. A wonderful staff member, I think his name was Zeth? Helped my son and I find some great pairs of shoes at amazing prices. He was helpful, knowledgeable and just lovely. Great experience, we will be back :)
