What an absolute joke. Was told I wasn't able to view a flight case they had on-site without buying it first?!. Then was told I should just bubble wrap my gear and hope for the best. Probably the most useless industry staff I have ever come across, would rather talk about their 'recent trip to the states' than even bother finding an acceptable solution to my query. This place should be avoided.

Got a great deal on some top notch hardware! The staff were super friendly aswell I'd recommend these guys all day everyday! They also have a section that is all heavily discounted hardware picked up a winner today there so pumped!! Good job guys thanks for the help
Walked into the Dandenong store looking to purchase the 15in AVE Revo/ 18in sub set they had on special. Was served by Mitch who was very efficient and very quick to take us to where we could hear the quality of the system we were looking to buy. After listening to the system for a short time myself and my business partner turned to Mitch and said "sold" He proceeded to the back to get our order for us. On return we noticed that the tape on the boxes was not original. We enquired if they were second hand. Mitch informed us with all new equipment that comes in from China they go through a 40hr testing time to make sure they are of 100% standard before sale. This definitely put our minds at ease. At the end of our transaction Mitch said to us he wished all his customers were as happy and fast to choose as we were. A little homework prior to arrival goes a long way to knowing what you are wanting. Big thank you Mitch.....we will be back as we are looking to purchase more of these systems in the very near future.
