Arranged last Friday to come to my home on Tuesday. I rang at 10 am and was told they that they would call back as she would check. Rang again at 12.30 and was told she had not heard from him and would call when she had. Waited all day without hearing from them. Really disappointed as the previous owner had done our system we have at the moment. I know things can happen but here it is 12.30 the following day and no follow up. If you don't want the work guys you need to communicate that!!!
