Hired chairs and tables for our wedding in St Kilda Gardens. On the day of the wedding, Dann Event Hire didn't show up. My husband spent over two hours trying to get through to their after hours number but they never answered. His 90 year old grandmother, an aunt and mother both with advanced breast cancer, a family friend with Parkinson's, an aunt who'd recently been in a car accident, all had to stand in 30 degree heat because Dann Event Hire failed to do the one thing they advertise they do. They also failed to provide an explanation when we spoke with them, and we had to chase them for our refund. No one ever answers the phone and the whole establishment is one of the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I would only recommend this company if I were incentivised on the failure of the event, which is sure to happen when using them.
