Customer service is non-existing. The staff member, I spoke was so short and unhelpful that I just hung up. Guess I will move my home loan somewhere else.

Why would I want to do business with a company that is never open when I need them? You offer 3 hours outside of working hours. By the time I get off work, you are already closed. You also open 30 minutes after Ive already started working. Wow, how convenient.

Wouldn't bank with anyone else than CUA. One of the only banks that still offers personalised service without sending you to a machine to service yourself. Ben with them for over 20 years and never looked back.
