Well after over 20 years as a loyal customer I finally get "an I don't really care" attitude. My pay didn't go in my account one time for the second time in 4 months ( after over 6 years of no problems with banking). Got told today it's because of Anzac Day my pay didn't go in.... NEVER happened before and besides.... computers don't get public holidays off. .. got the "if it's not there by 4pm today you're not getting it" response.... suggested that's not acceptable when it's been sent from the employers bank one Wednesday night and they've confirmed this..... today if Friday.. .. CUA.... if your systems are that poor I'll be looking for a new bank and I'll be letting others know you couldn't explain your lack of service adequately..... banks used to care about customers....
