Excellent after sales service! This is the 2nd Honda that my dad has purchased. My 87 year old dad had booked in the car for a recall and he assumed that he would need to leave the car there all day. My dad was going to catch the train and bus home and then do the same to pick up the car. However some one from your team suggested that he could wait for the car as they would put his job as a priority. Less than 2 hours later the job was completed and dad was able to drive himself home. You guys rock, very kind of you to make him a priority and not make him wait all day!!!!! Thanks :)
