For a first experience at bouldering, I was most pleasantly surprised at the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the gym. What I loved most was the few dogs wondering around in the gym. The instructors were really pleasant and patient, taking you through the introductory video and then the practice climb. Will come back again!

A really nice climbing environment with a really great atmosphere and a good collection of routes to choose from. I find that the jump from the purple difficulty to the green/orange one can be a bit steep, though. The purple tends to be too easy and the green/orange tends to be too difficult. It would be nice if there was a level in between. I’ve never been to yoga or any other fitness classes here but they’re offered here too and I’ve heard good things about them. It has a small personal training area off to the side but no free weights as far as I know, just some bars, a training wall and two gymnast hoops.

If you're interested in picking up a new hobby or looking for a new form of physical exercise, a trip to Urban Climb Collingwood is highly recommended. The staff were both professional and knowledgeable. The centre offers a wide variety of climbs for all skill levels and the installations are well kept. A great spot for your next workout or group event.

Urban Climb Collingwood was my first ever bouldering experience, and I was absolutely delighted with the venue and the staff. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and encouraging. I will be back for more. Very addictive.

Love climbing here, super friendly staff, great environment and really fun climbs of course. I never thought I'd get into it climbing but I'm more than likely going to be getting a membership now!

Love Urban Climb. One of my favourite places to climb. The staff are always super friendly, the climbs are interesting, and the space is a decent size.

I haven't done bouldering before but found this place to be a really friendly and welcoming experience. Well worth if you have the money for it and want to try it out. Employees and challenge rating system were super helpful, easy to understand and encouraging; the inclusive culture of attendees and sense of community present here also contributed to a really positive experience. (Challenge rating and pathways were indicated by colour so I am unsure of options for colour blind attendees but I am sure that if there are any issues that the employees would be more than happy to help as they encouraged us to check in at any time if we needed it) People I didn't know cheered me on while I tried it out too - without being intrusive, either, just being happy and creating the sense that it's okay to try things at your pace and push yourself on your own terms and feel respected and safe the whole way through no matter what level you're at. Really looking forwards to trying out the free 1 week trial for new attendees and also make use of the other yoga/exercise facilities. If I can make a regular habit of it (always the greatest challenge) then I would be more than happy to keep coming back and enjoy the combination of a workout with interesting and constantly updating puzzles in a beautiful and encouraging environment. Padding for falling on was comfortable, too, plenty of space to stretch before and after, and easy shoe hire system. LGBT friendly space, including safe unisex bathroom access, which means a lot to me and my friends looking for a good way to exercise without feeling intimidated or otherwise physically restricted from interacting with the space. I feel very confident in being able to recommend this place to my friends.
