Premises are very clean, variety of activities for the kids which they enjoyed. Staff were excellent and provided assistance where needed. We had some first time climbers who became very confident in wall climbing. Just overall good experience for the kids and worth the trip down. We'll be back.

Booked for 2 sessions from 10.30 to 12.30. Check in was easy and tables were available to use as a base for kids to rest in between. My tip the later in day you leave it the busier it gets. Facilities were clean and maintained. Plenty of trampoline and activity stations available so no waiting. Kids had a ball. Parking csn be limited at peak times eg lunchtime onwards so option is to park around corner.
Being busy with school hols, it wasn’t chaotic and was well staffed. A bit expensive for large families but otherwise great. Great facilities, food available. My kids aged 3-8 LOVED the climbing walls. Need 2 hours plus in school hols.
Kids had a great time here. Booked in for 2 hours and spent most time in the climb zone than the bounce. The drop slide is a good addition and gives the opportunity to get a memorable photo. Best to book!
Lots of fun things to do for kids here including trampolines, rock climbing and indoor play. During school holidays it can get very busy, perhaps too many people allowed each hour. Otherwise wonderful place to use some energy and have a great hour of fun!
Since bounce has taken over I can feel a major shift! Lots of staff! Supervised areas- staff on alert ensuring people played safe- staff communicating positively engaging with kids, staff looked happy, I saw areas being cleaned. I’m a local and could tell the difference. Well done
Another name change but much improved. Signage and notices are posted at each feature. Attendants are everywhere keeping the little ones safe. Everything seemed more efficient. A little pricey over the holidays but a must visit if you have kids.
Great range for kids. Our boys are 10 through to 3 years old and they had plenty to do, and little to no wait times. The basketball area is the only part that wasn't easy to get a go due to kids having lots of shots with a ball without being supervised to ensure there was a good turnover.
