Amazing customer service! High quality dress! Was super friendly and super helpful! Without her services i might not have looked as amazing as people had told me on the night of my schools Music Festival Performance! I highly recommend getting your dress from here. Outstanding customer service and high quality alterations. I had bought a linen bustier and trouser set but two sizes too big (only size left) and Santina and her mother made exquisite alterations and the garment now fits like a glove! I can't fault their service or quality in any way. I will definitely come back again to have something made to order. Love Love Love Santina!!
These ladies are worth more than 5 stars for their customer service!! I had the best experience getting a last minute outfit for a wedding this am- a top literally being made for me with an hour to spare & the perfect skirt to match. Fits perfectly & feel a million dollars in it. Really feminine. Thanks SO much. Don’t shop anywhere else!
When I walked in, I was told that because I only wanted 2 pairs of pants altered, the job wasn’t important enough and that I have to be thankful she would do such a meaningless job. After 20 minutes of arguing what I wanted and what she thought was better, I walked out, not before been told that it was insulting not to listen to her advice. I thought that you sale or do what the customer wants even if you don’t agree. I could be wrong I guess. And BTW, you did not pass on the job, I left because I wasn’t happy. Please tell the truth and stop calling me.
Santina designed and created a beautiful vintage style wedding dress for me. It was unique, glamorous and simply gorgeous. From start to finish, she communicated well, had a great sense of humour and I looked forward to every fitting. Thanks Santina!
