they supplied products that do not 'clip lock' together and even admit that the frames and beams are from different manufacturers. Rather than replace the parts with some that do fit, they want to supply bolts to stop the non-fitting parts from flopping around and causing 11 cm (yes, CM!) movement in the frame. two of these images show the problem, the third image shows one of the problem beams fitted to a frame supplied by this same company a year or two ago. Images clearly show that there is a problem with the supplied parts, but they refuse to accept any responsibility. Instead, they treat us as if we are being unreasonable and insist that we pay for the 100s cost of freight to return the goods before offering a refund. Right now, my recommendation is that you avoid this supplier like covid.

I bought three stores shelf online. Product get delivered in three days but when I open first box, find out quality of product is not good. No proper coating done. Called to return product, n lady on phone told to charge 20% restocking fees. Than I had to open paypal case. Than they told to return the product to there warehouse otherwise, another charge for pick up. Copy of email reply received. We understand that not everyone is happy with product we provide but we sell a large volume of this product and do not get complaints. In line with our policy, items returned do need to be in original condition and packed back in undamaged boxes as delivered to you. Please refer to our return policy below. Also items must be delivered back to us for refund or if you wish we can organise a courier collection but in that case you will be charged the second courier fee for collection. When I went on there warehouse, I got another great rude welcome by 3 person. Even didn't provide proof of return.
The steel the shelving is made from is less than 1mm thick (including paint). Had to spend more money on bolts and timber to make it structurally sound than what I spent on the original purchase.

Purchased a Storage rack in good faith from this seller on Ebay. The delivery guy who was the storeman was absolutely fantastic. It all ended there. We opened the boxes and found that one of the shelves supplied was damaged. ( obviously been damaged whilst being packed, no quality control)Anyway we decided we could live with that as annoying as it was. Upon opening the other box we started the assembly process only to get to the second end of the rack to realise that one end of the rack was completely different and would not take the cross bars. A complete manufacturing problem.The piece had been welded in back to front and therefore would not lock in to any of the crossbars ( again no quality control ). I rang and spoke to a nice woman and told her of the problem. She asked me to send photos to which I did.Then I got emails back from "The Boss" SASHA. This arrogant person kept telling me that I did not purchase the item from them and I should see where I purchased it from as it was not them. After sending pictures and giving them more information this bloke still refused to accept ownership of this piece of Junk. Finally after approximately 20 emails and all the time he wasted of ours he sent me an email to say I have just found it!! WOW. Bring it back and I will swap it over in a very abrupt and unfriendly manner.He refused to come and pick it up. We live in the Outer East suburbs and to bring it back in ourselves would be quite a task as we only drive locally.He refused to come and pick up this cheap Junk so a PAYPAL dispute has been opened and we have to wait a further 10 days to receive a full refund.Stay away from this place as you will be definitely disappointed.Go to Bunnings instead for the pure peace of mind and quality service.
