I cannot thank enough all the staff members at Cedarvale Health retreat for bringing my mind and body back to life. After only 5 days of healthy vegan eating, full night sleeps, divine bush walks amongst beautiful waterfalls and ever watching bush animals and birds such as kangaroos and Lyra birds, fresh air and sunshine as well as saunas, spas, water jet massages and contrast showers plus very informative talks and seminar style videos I’ve felt very very rejuvenated. I’ve not felt so alive in years. I’m definitely coming back for more. ️️️

Just came back from the 5 night retreat and what an invigorating experience it was! Beautiful and secluded rainforest setting, excellent food, homely interior, relaxing treatments and refreshing walks. What makes this place so unique though is the friendly Cedarvale team. Have just returned from a 12 day stay at Cedarvale. What a wonderful tranquil time I had. The staff were super, very approachable. When I look back on my stay I think it was the best investment I could have made for my health. Great food , great walks and super treatments. The whole establishment was very homely. Cedarvale Health & Lifestyle Retreat is a breath taking place to be I spent 5 days here and it was amazing, it feels like home it very comfortable places, it feels warm and the staffs are so friendly, helpful and all the treatments I had and the programme it helpful. It helped me to get back on my feets and cope with everythings. If you need help to give up any addiction or mental health problems this is the place to go.
