I would of given negative stars, but can't so have to give a 1. I ordered from this store a good 200 worth of stuff. When i received the package, there was a missing flavor essence (roughly4), one of the chocolate sprinkles was a year out of date (roughly 6), and the chocolate mousse mix was also almost 3 months out of date (around 26). When i contacted pretty expired supplies, their apology on the matter sounded generated and automatic. When i finally did get through to someone i was told that they had run out of the flavoring so planned to send it when it came in or refunded. They agreed to refund my for the sprinkles. When it came to the mousse, i was told that they only sell near expired items at half cost on discount. I payed full price for the mousse mix and there was nothing to indicate it was near expiry. I was told by the staff member that even though it's milk based, it still good because it's powder so shouldn't be an issue for me. When i did open the packet, it didn't look right and there was an off-putting smell so had to toss it out. I, to this date (a couple months since then), have not received any refund on the missing and expired products, nor a refund on the supposedly discounted mousse mix. So i pretty much lost almost 40 to this store on products they shouldn't of sold. And missing items that should of been sent. I will never in my life recommend this store to anyone or purchase from again. I highly recommend checking out Cakers Paradise. They don't have as much stock, but at least when they sent me the wrong cake mix, they immediately refunded me and actually gave a genuine, non-automated apology for the mix up. EDIT: They have since refunded for the missing products and expired products.

I was gob-smacked when I entered the store. My jaw hit the ground at full speed. Everything and anything you need is all there. Simon provided friendly service, even some helpful hints and professional advice *gold dust* I have found my new baking supplier. This place is a must visit, even for an amateur baker like myself.
