Had a great experience dealing with Troy & team @ Carpenters. My Golf was involved in a minor accident and I dealt with Carpenters & RACV. Troy was responsive, communicated well in a timely manner & most importantly was as concerned about safety as I was. He was also kind enough to loan me a car for the better part of 10 weeks due to a part delay which understandably RACV couldn't cover car rental for that period. Car looked great when I got it back, couldn't even tell there was damage before. Highly recommend the team @ Carpenters. Great work Troy & team!

Carpenters panel has been great trying to meet our needs in these hard times. Our car is a Renault specialised vehicle for a disabled person. There has been a hassle getting parts but they have kept me updated. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their car panel beating. Th staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Carpenters body Works did some repair work on my 10 year old Holden Calis,I was blown away by the results. Incredible handiwork and attention to detail, I had no idea the car could look that could again. Absolutely stunning paintwork and finish, and he went above and beyond in terms of customer service - even repaired a few chips that weren't part of the quote. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Carpenters highly enough. It all begins with Karen the receptionist who absolutely goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Both Troy and Daniel are extremely friendly and courteous and Sam behind the scenes also does a great job behind the scene to ensure quality repairs . I could not be happier and would recommend everyone to go to Carpenters if you need your car repaired .
I have taken my business to another car repairer after carpenters made a number of promises that they would repair my car, would call me in the next couple of days to confirm and then just never contacted me. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. It is incredibly disappointing, after being messed around by Coles insurance for 4 months, I eventually settled for a cash payment based on the Carpenters quote... and now they wont fix my car. Smacks of collusion with Coles to force me into accepting their terms.
Just picked up my car and need to thank Ange and his great team for looking after my car and returning it looking fantastic....recommend this place always very professional and friendly
