Came here to try on dresses as I’m getting married in October. The saleswoman was very unhelpful, couldn’t find a single dress in my size (12-14) and instead helped me try on a number of gowns in size 20 which didn’t help me at all! Went and had some lunch and then visited a competitor in King St where the saleswomen were both extremely helpful and helped me find my DREAM dress. Not only did they help me try on gowns that FIT, but they also made the necessary adjustments with dressmakers pins to help me really envision my big day. Very disappointed in Bridal & Debutante Creations service today, and being that I’ve just purchased a 3000 dress alongside three bridesmaids dresses and a mother of the bride dress from a rival business, they lost themselves a big sale today.
Absolutely fantastic service. Michelle is awesome . Found extra bling for my bridesmaid dress to match very quickly. Thankyou so much for all your help. Would highly recommend .
