Fantastic experience - I ordered the 8 foot trampoline online late afternoon and called the next morning to find out about delivery as it was so close to Christmas. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful and to my surprise the trampoline was at at my door (from VIC to SA) 48 hours after ordering. Just amazing. The actual trampoline is brilliant, excellent quality. So pleased I purchased. Highly recommend Oz Trampolines.

We had such a great experience purchasing our trampoline from Oz trampoline! It was delivered to our house the day after we purchased it by one of the workers who lived 15 minutes from us. He was so lovely and made sure to tuck the boxes out of the way so the kids couldn’t see their Christmas present. The customer service is outstanding. It was very easy to set up and the instructions are really clear - it took my husband and I just over an hour to put the 14ft together. The trampoline it’s self is really good quality - my mum & dad have had theirs for almost 8 years and haven’t had to replace anything. The kids love their new trampoline and we will be recommending everyone to buy from this wonderful local business !
I ordered the 12 ft round summit trampoline and we're very happy with everything from start to finish. We were able to layby and had it delivered before Christmas. It was easy to set up and my 4 year old loves it.
Just Prior to Christmas, we realised that the air track we purchased elsewhere did not come with a pump. So we did a quick search and found Oz Trampolines. During COVID, we hoped that with only a little more than a week until Christmas, the pump would make it. It was packed and shipped next business day and made it in plenty of time. Awesome! After only 3 uses, the pump began to smoke and spark. I was cranky as! I knew it wasn't the fault of Oz Trampolines, but still, i was super cranky my daughter could no longer use her expensive air track until we got a replacement. At 6pm on a weekday i called the contact number because according to Google, they were still open. I spoke to a lady who had probably had enough for one day, but was super nice and as helpful as she could be, took my details, put up with me being cranky - I wasn't rude or verbally abusive or anything like that - just frustrated and wanted the impossible. The next day i got a call back from a bloke from Oz Trampolines who was exceptionally helpful and understanding and said he would ship a replacement immediately. He asked me to send him video or pics of faulty unit for warranty purposes, so i did. 2 days later, the new pump arrived and is so far, working perfectly. I wanted to write this review sooner to try and show my appreciation, but I apologise, I've been slack. Good customer service is almost a rarity these days so if you stumble across Oz Trampolines for an item you are chasing, even if by chance they might cost a little more for whatever it is you are looking for, the customer service and after sales service will make it well worth it!

We bought the 8 foot trampoline for our courtyard. It is great quality and quiet, not squeaky like the cheaper brands. The kids are loving it!
We are six weeks into ownership of a 10’ round in ground trampoline and very impressed. The product is extremely high quality, with basically no movement even when kids are jumping around like mad. You can really tell the difference from cheaper trampolines. We also purchased the fencing to go around the whole trampoline which is also very sturdy and works well. The kids love it- thank you!
