Just keep stretching you out for extra days quoted, not just once, not twice, but multiple times. They say they are very busy, but then they should quote longer to do the job. Picked up my car, the job looked satisfactory repaired, but driving home noticed all this coating on the windshield, tried to clean it off at home, but couldn’t, had to take it back to them to get them to razor blade clean the windshield, they said it should not have gone out of the workshop like that!!. And they said they cover the windshield?? I would not use this company again, hope the owner reads the reviews, as their reputation is going down hill fast.
Sensational service. Had an urgent paint job needed on my beloved car. The guys at Bissell's kept me updated with regular calls and text messages with progress on my job. Couldn't be happier. Great job guys.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE....TAKE IT LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! We sent our MUX here through insurance. When I dropped it off they asked me next to nothing about what happened, rushed through it and sent me on my way. I was told I would receive a call to advise of an estimated time frame, this call never came! I called and they said it would be approximately 2 weeks....they had the vehicle for around 5weeks! In this time the only updates i received were the ones I called for! They had even said it would be ready on a certain day and if I hadn't of called that morning to be told it in fact wasn't yet ready, I would have returned the hire car and been in a really annoying situation! When I finally got to pick it up, it stunk, had a heap of overspray from the workshop all through the wheels and drove like rubbish! I knew it wasn't right so I called the insurer, thankfully they said i could take it elsewhere to be checked.. When a second check over was done they found damage they had missed!! Here's the kicker though! All the work they did originally has to be re done!!! They installed the bullbar too close, so its rubbed paint off the front panel, the front will now need to be re done and the bullbar re installed. Then we get to the aerial....hahaha....this was installed so incorrectly, they even left the cap on the bottom that says *remove prior to installation * This now needs to be completely re wired.... Basically we went without our car for ages and dealt with extremely bad customer service for NOTHING but more dramas!
