Excellent Customer Service- Excellent Product- Excellent Installer My experience with Birk Blinds has been stellar. The shades and curtains were delivered promptly and the quality of the product greatly impressed my wife and I. Without going into too much detail, there was an issue (this issue was minor and not entirely the fault of the company) which needed to be quickly remedied. Normally I dread calling companies. The sad fact is, most companies give the consumer a hard time and make us wait for a solution or give an unsatisfying solution. NOT WITH BIRK BLINDS. I was blown away by the customer service representatives of birk blinds. I spoke to Kaite Operation & Administration Manager to expressed my concerns and she offered a number of solutions for my wife and I to choose from. They were extremely fair to us and we are exceedingly pleased with the outcome. I also want to mention Peter who installed our curtains the advice he gave us was first class definitely ask for Peter. The communication from Katie at the office and Peter from our home was absolutely amazing. Do not hesitate to order from Birk Blinds. They stand behind their products.

Zoe from Birk Blinds went above and beyond to help us with our window coverings. Zoe recommended all the fabric choices and they look fantastic. The installer worked late at night so everything would be completed before we moved in and he was also great. Everyone who comes to our house comments on the window coverings saying how beautiful they look.

We built our house three years ago and got birk blinds installed, they look great, unfortunately within months they had started to fall apart. I was too lazy to contact them. On our Roman blinds all the attachments have come off so we cannot open then, and our roller blinds are stiff and get stuck so they are either stuck open or shut. When I finally had enough And had looked over how much we had payed almost 400 per blind! I contacted them it had just passed 3 years so warranty was over the girl was helpful and tried to help me out as much as possible but the company refused to help or send anyone out. So she sent out some attachments so I could try and fix them which is impossible, Since then the rest of my 6 blinds have broken which is Now all of them, As I said look great but definitely don’t last, not worth the premium price you pay. Very disappointing

If I could put half a star I would! We bought apartment with Mirvac and they were one of 4 recommended company so we went with them!!! What a disaster it showed to be!!!! Our sheer curtains will arrive in February and we were only told this the day before installation We also built two apartments in Rosebud and they cancelled two hours on the day of installation!!! My husband and daughter took time off to be there!! So today the installation of the curtains is and what a disaster and disappointment!!’ The curtains are wavy and not same length, ends are shorter and looks awful, some of the rails are wrong length and nowhere to hang the curtains!!!! In the second apartment in the living room they decided different fall, and again wrong length of rails!!!! Utterly disappointed and dissatisfied!!! 0 professionalism!!!!! Would NEVER recommend to anyone !!!!

Birk, just want to send you my thanks for the amazing job you did for me re my shutters. I just wish that I had used Birk sooner as i had done shutters in my son's room previously with another company and was so inferior to your shutters. Everyone through the whole process was fantastic.
