Purchased 2 bikes over the phone yesterday. Wendy was absolutely great to deal with. Been to the store a few times and have always had assistance. Lots of different bikes available in store and online. Highly recommend

A great range of bikes and accessories. Lots more in store that what is shown on the website. The team are friendly and helpful, with plenty of knowledge to answer all those tricky questions. In store servicing of bikes is a handy after purchase offer, making it a useful one stop store for all your cycling needs, it’s great to see the increasing range of EBikes too.

I'd rate this place zero if possible. Shocking service by Chris the apparent store manager. Good luck to these guys with service like that. A pity the younger guys who actually provide good service there have this joker to look up to.

Although I didn't buy a bike thru these guys, they helped me make a decision on buying a second hand bike. Seriously helpful guys. If I lived near them I would certainly buy a bike thru them anytime. Highly recommend them!

The Short guy with short hair, who I believe is the manager should complete a course on customer service. He has a terrible attitude towards customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and definitely won’t be recommending this store to anyone else.
