I spoke with Steve (the owner) and we organized a repair/price of my fibreglass rooftop tent, which was all good until i was strung along and made multiple attempts to organize an actual time to do the job, i patiently waited over a 3 week course and was just told 'i will call you when free or call me next week' so i let another few weeks go by and Steve never got back to me. I understand people get busy but as a small business owner myself, if i cannot do a job i don't take the piss and string people along, dissapointed.
My husband and I needed to get our pool relined and couldn't have asked for better service. He made what we seemed to be a difficult job very easy. It's all about supporting the little guys. Highly recommend.
