Some incredible work from Gordon and the team at Fibreglass Victoria on these incredible wicking beds. These 4.8 x 1.2 x 0.35 garden tubs will likely pump out a serious bounty of fruit and veg. Imagine when I add another 20 of them! A craftsmenship, communication and professionalism. Can't wait to do more as my business grows.
Gordon was fantastic. He built us a beautiful pond. He was easy to contact, kept us up to date with the progress and delivered it exactly when he said he would. I would highly recommend working with him and Fiberglass Victoria. Five stars ️ ️ ️ ️ ️
Gordon is a highly professional tradesman. His workmanship is second to none. Offered some options for the repairs to my water feature and was very accommodating. Kept me in constant contact, turned up on time and cleaned up after. Don't look anywhere else for your any fibreglass works.
Poor outcome. We do NOT recommend using this business. Gordon overstated his experience with resurfacing of fibreglass pools and oversold the finish that we should expect from his work. Gordon looked at pool and quoted the job, he had a multitude of problems along the way, probably due to inexperience, or lack of foresight. We paid, we complained. Gordon did attempt to rectify but compromised initial process and created a slap dash two tone brushstroke pool. Possibly bigger problems that are not yet evident. Gordon has made plenty of excuses and seems happy to blame material suppliers for his poor workmanship. Gordon is now refusing to return and fix and will not refund our money. Gordon seems better at talking than he is at resurfacing fibreglass pools and we are sure he will find a way to blame his supplier or us for this outcome. Gordon please feel free to pass on our phone contact number if future customers want further detailed information and please remove photo's of our pool from your website. Rod & Ann. Eltham North. From the moment we asked Gordon for a quote, all questions were answered in a prompt professional way. We cannot speak highly enough of Gordon's customer service. Despite the crazy Melbourne weather delaying some attempts to start our project, Gordon kept checking in and going out of his way to complete it as fast as he could. Could not be happier with the service I received from Gordon and the crew down at Fibreglass Victoria. I contacted Gordon while he was on his Xmas break in relation to a damaged fibreglass truck body, he was down at the warehouse assessing the damage and quoting the job within a few hours of the call. Once signed off, I delivered the truck to Fibreglass Victoria to be repaired. Gordon and his team finished the job same day, which was completely unexpected but absolutley appreciated by me! Gordons passion for what he does is obvious! And shines through in his customer service, presentation, craftsmanship and general attitude. This town needs more businesses and operators like this!
