Very happy with my first pool experience. As I live in the front block of units my pool was not as straightforward so I really appreciated all the guidance on size and placement of my spa and pool. The staff were all professional, friendly and very obliging. Whenever “inspiration” happened to hit me and I asked about making a change they were very accommodating. Having a pool installed is never a decision taken lightly. We proceeded with the team at Natural Pools after obtaining several quotes and are delighted with what we have received. The pool came in on budget despite a few headaches incurred that were not Natural Pools fault and the fact there were no extras was very surprising. What really impressed my wife and i was the communication. Marty was fantastic to deal with and the equipment supplied was top class. I would not hesitate to use Natural Pools on another project we did and would recommend them to any friends or family - Thanks!
