Just as the first review said it's all true. So not fair especially after paying money in full and not getting proper service when it clearly states it on receipt.

BI-RITE MERRYLANDS.....VERY VERY EXPENSIVE......AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 'RUDE' (BY PHONE OR IN PERSON).....GIVE THEM A 'MISS'. BI-RITE MERRYLANDS 'ADDS' 200 TO THE PRICE OF ALL THE GOODS IT SELLS......THEN TELLS CUSTOMERS 'FREE DELIVERY' OR 'FREE INSTALLATION' (WHEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT IN THE '200 MARK - UP ON THE PRICE').......JUST 'COMPARE' THE 'BI- RITE PRICE' WITH 'OTHER RETAILERS AND SEE'!!
