MASSIVE shout out & thank you to Richard Nguyen from Rolfe Honda for going above & beyond to help me get A 2021 Honda Civic Type R especially since it’s been on pre-orders since September, all sold out in VIC and very limited all over Australia... he somehow managed to lock me in for one in Feb! I can honestly say without hesitation that this has been the best service I’ve ever had, he made everything from day 1 super easy & stress free. He kept me updated as soon as he heard anything about it or has seen an update on the system even if it was something small. He made the process of purchasing a brand new car even though it was from Canberra super easy! He also helped me tape up the whole front end as I had to drive it back home to VIC and wanted to avoid any stone chips possible on the freeway! Can promise you no dealership or salesman would’ve done that for anyone! I would highly highly highly recommend him to anyone that’s after any Honda (probably not a type r anymore unfortunately hahaha) interstate or local - his definitely the guy to hit up for help with purchasing a car! Can’t thank you enough for your time, effort and help with everything. Please know that your provided service has not gone unnoticed & I truly appreciate all your help.

Probably I'm struggling with words! Service from Alex and then financial clarifications from Gregg was awesome. I had so many questions in that process. But, those gentlemen went up to my expectation and showed true professionalism. I enjoyed every bit of it, and surely will recommend others :)
Good service, and also a good car. From test drive to drive away, less than a month. Staffs like Alex and Greg are friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks again for them. If you compare with others considering both price and performance, this car is a good choice. Hopefully the after-sales service will maintain the same first-class standards.
