I had a very good experience when I visited the Dandenong store. I am about to move out of home and was looking for a new bed and a mattress and the Florida Coast bed caught my eye. Nimesha was very helpful, knowledgeable and was very happy with the service she provided. She was understandable and really looked after my mum and I. I will definitely be visiting your store again and recommending her services again.

Terrible customer service. After 12weeks of waiting for bed frame, they informed that the delivery will be delayed to another one month (with no commitment). Never even tried to convey a genuine apology for the delay (over the phone or even in the shop after asking to personally come in for a refund). I won't be surprised if there's alot more customers who were put in similar situation but have not come forward. Beware of this 'scam' and I would strongly advice purchasing from this un-trustable shop.

We had an amazing experience with Nimesha. She helped us with all the queries in making an informed decision to buy our bed. We are very happy and content with the bed we bought. She went above and beyond to help us out, gave us a really goof bundle price and heaps of info around warranties etc. No other place had all the features in a bed we wanted. 'BAD REVIEW ALERT' I wouldn't recommend Dandenong store. We placed order in mid Jan,2021 with estimated deliverey in mid feb to end of Feb. When i called store in Feb, there staff was rude and told me not to call by end of Feb as that when the estimated delivery time is getting over. They told us that bed, bedside and mirror was in stock but no mattresses. Finally they delivered on 20th March( 3 weeks late) but havn't delivered bedside tables as they ran out of stock for the same. Wondering when we placed order, everything was in stock except mattresses then why they havn't reserved stock for us? This is extremely bad services. I'll never buy from them again.
