Loved being able to create our own custom bed head and frame, almost too many options to choose from but we showed the staff pics of what we liked and they helped guide us. All custom made in aus! The final finished product is so good we are now ordering a sofa from them too!

We ordered the Charlie Sofa with fairly different measurements and basically with a re-design look and a slight different fabric than what most sofas are made out of. Due to the cushions being delayed, the sofa was almost on time but only slightly delayed. The sofa came out fantastic, wonderful workmanship and beautiful finish, We love it and would recommend this place to everyone! The service and care to detail. We feel that we got a high quality sofa from SimpleLife Furniture.

Simplife were absolutely brilliant in every respect. The couch is so comfortable and elegant. The original couch was delivered slightly different from what I had ordered. I decided I wanted to change it, and Simplife collected it immediately and replaced it with exactly what I had asked for - no questions asked. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, the couch itself, and their exceptional customer service. In fact, the way they treat their customers is unmatched in any experience I've ever had purchasing furniture. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience with their furniture. Ordered the exact same sofa on display with different coloured fabric and received something completely different. They reshaped the whole couch, with different measurements. Knowing the measurements are different the owner is saying that the customer has to pay for costs to change the couch back to what was originally ordered. Payments are taken prior to receiving the item on purpose, so if something goes wrong they can’t be taken accountable. Save your money and don’t shop from here.
I’m really happy with Samantha’s help, my partner and we’ve been looking around, their price/ quality really caught my eyes! She is patience and extremely helpful. Happily placed our orders and we could not wait for it to be delivered.
