Honestly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I stayed at an Airbnb with one of these beds and bought one three days later. So underrated!

Have to give them 5 stars for the help. We bought a bed and a base from them one year ago, and had trouble moving into the new apartment last week (size issue, can't get in from the front door). They offered the help, and moved in the bed base from the balcony, for free :) Thanks again.
I was looking for a mattress that does not use memory foam. The stuff stinks and feels like quicksand so after a bit of research I bought an Aurora 6 with its latex comfort layers. No fuss sales and delivery. Basic but fine warehouse and showroom. Clear options. Lush feel and a bit softer than I'm used to but no complaints so far. I can't really feel my weight while sleeping on the mattress (which I guess is a good thing).
Liked the sales style. Definitely to the point without a hard-sell. Visited 4 shops but bought a mattress here

I haven't bought a mattress (yet) but I can say the customer service is on point and Karl and the team are quite passionate about the product. No pressure sales or anything like that. Very transparent about the product.
What a stress free experience. After getting burned by a garbage mattress from a major retailer I needed a new mattress that wasnt going to leave me with back pain. I found Ausbeds and was impressed by the reviews and concept of a locally made product wth a very small manufacturing footprint. I chose the Aurora in firm. So far, so good! The staff are relaxed and passionate. Paid for on a Sunday before midday and delivered to my bedroom less than 24 hours later. Proud to buy local from someone who is truly passionate about the product they are making and constantly perfecting.
Very good experience. Nice service. Before here I try sealy and sleepmaker. That all different feeling. That is the best mattress and cheapest price.
