It was lovely to deal with Becky. She is very knowledgeable, customer focus, very accommodating, kind to little children. You feel very welcome when you get into the store. I just ordered things yesterday haven't received yet. However ,I think this experience will be good as well. I highly recommend their business to anyone.

Awesome service lovely people to talk to and understand what you want Awesome pricing. I just received my bed today and the delivery guys that also put my bed together were fast, polite and great communication also took all rubbish and put my mattress on for me. Overall the shop to delivery was great experience thankyou again
We had the great pleasure of being advised by Ben. His bedside manner (), honesty and professionalism were exceptional. He wasn't pushy, was pleasant and genuine and importantly, he facilitated a great deal for my wife and I. The whole experience was high calibre. Well done Beds N Dreams and thank you Ben. Karl.

We arrived at the store on a Sunday, 15min before closing time, exhausted after having already been to several bed and furniture stores that day. We were losing hope to find a suitable queen bed frame and mattress for our 16yr old son who had outgrown his bed. Thankfully, Ben the sales supervisor was there to get us sorted. We were impressed with his incredible patience, kindness and he was so knowledgeable with the different mattresses and frames on offer. We could have easily given up and left for the day but his easy demeanor and professionalism won us over. Not to mention some good discounts. Great store (super cold nice air conditioning for a 35deg day and nice comfortable layout)with nice sales people. I would highly recommend Bed n Dreams Cannington.

Great service from the staff, Sally was very helpful and patient. I had looked at a bed months earlier and hadn’t made up my mind, walked in the door months later and Sally remembered my previous order off the top of her head. Friendly service and good pricing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bed from people who care.
