Worst customer service! We were told upon purchase worst case scenario we would be receiving our suite in 4-6 weeks It took 6 months for us to get our complete bedroom suite. They never gave us follow up phone calls to advise of anything, we were constantly calling to find out what was going on. The woman at the store is so rude! I will gladly travel to another store next time to ensure I don't have to deal with these people again. Do yourself a favour & avoid this place. Not worth the hassle.

Many similar shops in the area but only this shop that impressed me and my wife with many good products and models to choose. Customer service was excellent and I decided to purchase bed frame and mattress with good discount. Items also delivered as promised. Will definitely come back for any future furniture needs.

If you want your back and your bank account to break just go to beds n dreams in Bankstown. 3 grand for the worst mattress on earth. Customer service is horrible.

I came the store today and was greeted very kindly by Eddie, who provided the best service possible in the industry. He liked to engage with the customer whilst still satisfying theirs needs. He only intended for the best for his customers which is very reassuring. Very straight to the point and a very easy process for buying beds and frames. If only I could rate this place 10 stars then I would. Thanks Eddie for making everything so easy and simple, definitely recommending to all my friends and family!!
