I visited the other bed stores and decided to look around first before making my choice. I then saw Beds N Dream around the corner. The beds were way cheaper than the other stores. It was a warm and friendly welcome when i came in to the store and Chris was genuinely helpful and couldn't be more helpful. She offered us time to talk and think about our bed choice whilst she checked bed availability. I liked the bed frame we chose and it was around 400 cheaper than the other store and it had better features like small storage areas behind the head and a warm lighting strip. I mentioned to Chris that I found it hard to find my preferred pillow that I like and not only did she help me try out different pillows she included a new pillow in this deal. What stood out mainly for us is that Chris wasn't a shop assistant who was just doing her job she was a Customer service assistant who took a genuine interest and gave us the exceptional service that will not be forgotten. Very happy with the advice and assistance provided by CHRIS at Beds n Dreams Aleaxndria. Product knowledge was excellent. She helped us in our purchase of QS bed and all the associated furniture, a king single and all associated furniture and some very lovely mattresses ! All have yet to be delivered but we are looking forward to receipt.
Excellent service. Not pushing a particular product. Allows the customer to test mattresses and choose the product that suits them. Great knowledge of product.
