Was a customer for a number of years. I had 2 loans and paid back both on time and never missed a payment. One loan wanted security and was for a car. They harassed me over it as they wanted the rego papers. I couldn't get the car registered because it was stolen. Then after the loans were payed back they sent me letters saying i was over using my bank card and if I didn't stop they would take it off me. I used it twice a month. I changed banks and my husband stayed with them and tried to get a loan a few months later. They said no unless I changed back to banking with them. One of the reasons I was treated like this is because of other family members of mine who banked with them. Any other bank wouldn't treat you like this.
