Had a great experience buying from Bauerfeind. The staff was great and recommended the right products for my needs. I had to exchange a product due to size and I was able to do so without hassle. I've got a wrist and an elbow brace and they are both top quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for addiitonal support while playing sports or even for all day wear

I came here today to receive excellent customer service, help and fittings. I thought it would be good equipment, but the shoulder braces I bought kept pulling my shoulders out. I've multi directional instability, so not helpful unfortunately. The arch supports were 120 and no where near as good as the orthotics I now own, but much cheaper and better than nothing in snow boots etc.
Kerry from the Sydney store is excellent! She demonstrated excellent product knowledge & also did proper fittings so that I could get the correct sizing on my compression shin/calf & also ankle strap. I was very impressed with the product ranges & its high quality.
Been suffering from Haglunds Deformity for 8 years, tried everything from medication, massage, dry needling and the achillo train support was suggested by my physio as a last resort before surgery. Happy to say that this has provided instant relief and allows me to exercise without the pain in my heel. Definitely suggest to anyone in the same situation to give this a try. Great customer service and excellent products. I have had a chronic knee problem and the brace that I was recommended was magical. I can now move with almost no pain. Very happy with Bauerfeind and would recommend them to my friends and family.
Between 2017-2019, I would take 100 international flights per year. After a year of swelling, I was introduced to the grade 2 compression socks... simply amazing. Recommend them for anyone who’s work requires them to be on the road. Will never fly without them again
Having tried many ankle braces for martial arts training, my ankle always hurt with long recovery times between sessions. My training went from 2 sessions to 1 session a week. This is with regular physio and strengthening of the ankle. Packing ice after each session. Nothing really worked. I stumbled on the Bauerfeind ankle brace. Boy does this make a difference. The strapping is exactly like how my physio would prepare my ankle for a session at the height of my injury. After a session of intense training, the ankle feels fine. There is a bit of soreness but not much. And no marked swelling of the ankle. Recovery is super fast and now I can fit three sessions a week. I have two braces now. One for high impact sessions and one just for every day support. Very pleased with their product line.
