Went to have a bumper repaired after a car nudged the bumper and caused some minor damage. Place repaired the bumper good as new, colours where a perfect match, quote was reasonable. The insurance and company corresponded efficiently, both where in the loop. Had a minor issue on trunk when i went to pick it up Friday afternoon, but come Monday the shop happily inspected, turned out to be sap, which they took care of no problems. Headache resolved 10/10.

Ive used this shop in the past and was very happy with their work so i got them to give me quote again for me next car and it came more then a whole car, initially i got told they have lots of places were they can get me good parts at the end that didn’t happen instead they send through a quote with new parts saying they couldn’t get me used parts so i phone around my self and sourced all of the parts required and ask them if they were compatible from a same make and model just year older i got given by them their supplier no to ask him and i did, this was his answer it is an insult what i’m doing of course it is an insult as he cant rip me off i just hang up on him didn’t waste any more of me time, if its insurance work then go there but privately its a waste of time its not an insult to get ripped off but its an insult if i were to supply my own parts. Im more then happy to take my business to another panel shop.
