After purchasing a Xiaomi Mi 11 from Skyphonez, I was subsequently requiring post sales service around the charger, and after speaking with Abdul he made sure he lived up to the promise and consistently kept in contact to ensure I received my delivery and the issue was solved. I cannot emphasise my satisfaction from a customer service perspective, and suggests to me a high level of trust and integrity with Skyphonez as a business. I will be purchasing from them again after this positive experience.

I have to say I was surprised by the top customer service received by these guys. I purchased an iPhone 7 and when I noticed that the battery wasn’t keeping the charge I returned the phone and as stated on their receipt they fixed it and replaced the old battery with a new one no questions asked. Definitely recommended!!

Really bad for business I seriously don't understand why Kogan deal with this company and should reconsider surely there is someone better then Skyphonez. I've had a few issues when Skyphonez I ordered a mobile phone, phone case and 2 x screen protectors of Kogan which Skyphonez are the supplier received the phone but didn't receive the Phone case or the 2 x screen protectors so I follow it up they've emailed me saying I've received it I explained to the company that I only received the phone and no the other items so I wait for another week and half for the case and 1 screen protector instead of 2 and I'm following up for the other screen protector this is ridiculous and unacceptable from now on I'll buy locally but I suggest not buy from Skyphonez useless and bad for business company.

Its a shame I have to give 1 star and not zero. Please DO NOT order anything from this fraudulent company Ordered a Samsung Note 20 512Gb 04/12/2020. We received the phone and upon opening noticed they had sent a 256Gb. When contacting Skyphonez they offered to refund the difference between the two which we declined. Skyphonez emailed us an Auspost return pre-paid form in which we packaged up the phone and took to Auspost. We waited approx. 2 weeks and heard nothing in relation to sending the correct phone and when calling them they stated that Auspost had delivered the phone to the wrong address. I said that this was not our problem however the refused to refund our money or send the replacement phone until they received the one that we returned as its their "company policy" They sent the wrong phone in the first place and supplied us with the prepaid information for the return so its not our issue and they should replace or refund our money and take up their issue with Auspost. After several calls they keep saying they are sorting it out will Auspost and to wait. I myself have called Auspost and they have admitted to their mistake and have requested from Skyphonez the phone model and evidence of cost so they can compensate Skyphonez to which they are still waiting for. As of today Skyphonez haven't been answering or returning my calls and i am still out of pocket to the value of 1800. They think i will just go away, More fool them DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
