We had a retractable roof system installed by Aspect Shade and it was the best decision we've ever made. Our living room has a glass roof which makes it unbearably hot during Summer. Installing a roof system over it means that we can cover it up during Summer to block the sun and open it up during Winter to let the light through. The installers were very professional and made sure to clean up the area after the installation and my back yard is now the cleanest its been for years...

We purchased an awning from Aspect Shade since we wanted to use our side deck more often and we've been putting it off long enough. These guys were close enough to where we are and while we had some apprehension due to some mixed reviews we decided to go ahead with them. The awning turned out great in the end, and we've been able to stay under the shade on the side deck when we want by winding the awning out.
I just had my back deck installed with a Oztech retractable roof system from Aspect Shade and it was the best thing that I could have done. I would like to thank Tony for his coordination to get the install done without a hitch. Highly recommended.
We recently got an awning installed from Aspect Shades and it's the best thing we've ever done to the house. The awning has transformed our deck to be functional in all types of weather, it's beautiful and the finishes are excellent. Tony is beyond fantastic and was friendly and super dedicated to deliver only the best product.
The product (Dome Shade) is a good product however Aspect Shade was responsible for the installation which was done poorly. The Shade has not retracted properly since day one and they will not warrant their work. Repeated emails ignored We are now fixing it at our own expense and discovering hidden gems like stripped bolt heads and no weather protection from the our salt environment. Unhappy
We too have had a similar situation to Julian, we spent over 80k ongoing issues from day one. Unfortunately Aspect Shade do not want to know about it. Zero stars is more appropriate.
I purchased a sail shade from this company which ripped and was still under warranty. I was told the person that sold me the sail shade no longer worked for the company. I requested for weeks that a representative come and inspect the ripped sail shade and offer a solution,. I was given the run around for weeks, finally convinced someone to come after constant emails and calls. He arrived 1.5 hours late, very rude, unhelpful, said it's my problem and I need to call the person that organised the sale. He refused to text or call his boss, I asked for his business card he said he never carries a business card??? And then left! I told him that It should be his companies responsibility to contact the person who made the sale or at least offer some solution as I purchased the product under his companies name. They will now not answer any of my calls or emails. Be wary of this company! I would leave a zero if I could.
