Great products and wonderful service. Spent multiple hours at the store filtering through various products. Partner got a pair of well fitting hiking boots suited for our purpose at a great price. Price matched Anaconda for our Sea to Summit sleeping mats. I had a thorough, well-informed pack fitting and found the perfect pack but unfortunately they were out of stock in the colour I wanted (thanks to COVID).

Cracking good service. Had the hiking boots I wanted, at the best price I could find online, and delivered them in 2 days flat! Brilliant. Wasn't expecting to be able to use the boots on this weekend's hike. Stoked.
Anyone posting negative reviews about Wild Earth is delusional. I have bought a few bit of gear from them, always on-line. They have been spot on every time, always shipped out on the day I order even if the order has been placed after 4pm. Customer service has never disappointed, there's been times where I have just changed my mind and they have cancelled without hesitation and refunded. Great range and always great service.
Purchased a pair of extendable tarp poles just after Christmas for camping in the new year. First pole broke on first use with the culprit being the a cracked plastic screw part. Advised customer service after we returned just to get a "There is a nice and easy way to get that one working properly". I then advised that only a replacement pole or refund would be suffice which I never received a reply, even with a follow up email a week later. Appalling service. Not a usual Google reviewer but just couldn't let this one slide.

AMAZING STAFF. I’ve been to a few adventure stores through Brisbane and Gold Coast but by far this is the best. Doesn’t have the biggest range of climbing shoes but the staff really help to find the right one. Great range of other gear & accessories for all your adventure needs. Will continue coming back whenever I need stuff.
