I was hoping to buy some black cocoa powder and saw that they no longer had any stock online. I messaged them on Facebook asking when they would have stock again at 8:00PM not expecting a response until the next day, but Dianna so kindly responded to me within the hour and even checked in-store for stock the next day and reserved some for me! Absolutely amazing customer service and huge range of products in-store, and I'm almost mad that I haven't been here sooner!!

I called and ask if they can make they said yes as long as we have 2 weeks notice, l went 18 days before the day I need the cake to order they told me we can’t, I said but I called before I come I drove 50 minutes. The answer was yes they don’t know what they talking about so disappointed

First time visiting and was expecting so much more! Almost everything was out of stock. So disappointing after travelling half an hour to go there. You’re better off sticking to their online store! However, service was wonderful.
