This was much better than I expected. Sure we had mostly blue sky and could see for miles, so that kind of helped. Three was little patches of snow that made it special and also a little cold. It was approx 6 degrees. There was heaps of parking and wasn't too crowded in the scheme of things. I recommend walking all the way around and checking out both sides.

Fantastic observation point above Hobart. Definitely bring warm clothes because it's just turned into Autumn and it's freezing up there!

Very cold but the views are worth making it up to the top.

Beautiful scenery of Hobart. Good parking, and facilities. Road to the peak is narrow, be careful of oncoming traffic.

Before coming here please make sure the weather is absolutely fine i.e. no rain, no fog. There is a signboard about road closure status on the way to pinnacle drive. Please make sure there is no red light on the board. Red light on the board means no vehicle access after that. We were able to make it to the pinnacle on our third attempt as there were no vehicle access after The Springs. The view from the observation desk is absolutely mind blowing. Don't forget to bring warm clothes.
